The best way to get the QSO confirmation is to use LoTW (preferred) but I use also: e-QSL, ClubLog, bureau and direct. To claim QSL direct is necessary SASE with IRC (valid) or 2$ (3$ for OC) otherwise the QSL will be returned via bureau.

I upload my log in e-QSL, LoTW and ClubLog the first of every month.
